What does the eleon Gateway do?

The eleon IoT Gateway is connected to the elevator controller. After installation, the gateway provides a variety of data and metrics that support your product or service development. We tailor the data interfaces, transfer formats, data readiness, and transmission frequency to meet your needs. The signals provided include operational status, error codes and descriptions, safety circuit status, door states, floor positions, and trips. Perfect forremote maintenance of your elevator

How do I receive the data from eleon?

As a maintenance operation, you can integrate elevator data directly into your existing system or through an established platform. We ensure that the data arrives where you need it. If you already use an asset management or monitoring system, we establish a direct connection to its backend so that you can continue using your familiar interface. Data platforms and service providers receive elevator data in the optimal format for their backend—whether as raw data, calculated KPIs, or in another level of data maturity. This allows you to develop customized products for your customers and ensure coverage of your customer portfolios.

You do not operate your own monitoring solution, nor do you have an ERP system in which the data could be displayed? No problem: we have a simple way for you to test the added value of the gateway first. Get in touch!

How do you commission eleon?

The plug & play installation takes a maximum of 15 minutes and requires only one on-site visit. This allows the installation to be seamlessly integrated into normal operational processes without requiring extensive preparation or inventory analysis. After installation, the eleon Gateway reliably sends operational data to our data platform. From there, we provide our partners with relevant data and metrics through flexible interfaces. Additionally, we also offer specific on-premise solutions.

What are the benefits of eleon?

In developing our products, we prioritize maximum scalability because elevator data only provides real value when it covers a significant portion of customer portfolios. With eleon, we provide:

Free acquisition and attractive usage fees
Our solution involves no acquisition costs and offers a highly competitive annual usage fee. We have focused on robust quality and high cost efficiency in hardware and data transmission.

Quick and straightforward installation
The plug & play setup takes just 15 minutes per installation and can be seamlessly integrated into operational workflows. No elaborate portfolio analysis is required beforehand, as the technician selects the appropriate components on-site.

Compatibility with established elevator platforms
The eleon Gateway can be combined with partner products to create fully integrated end-to-end solutions. This allows for the utilization of existing sensors and a harmonized user interface, thereby avoiding partial solutions for partial portfolios.

To which controllers can the eleon Gateway be connected?

The eleon Gateway is compatible with a variety of controllers, including:

  • KONE LCE CPU
  • KONE LCE CPU40
