Permitted use
You may only use the Cloud Service during the respective term for your internal business purposes and in accordance with the respective offer description, order and documentation. You are responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of your customer data, the way in which you have collected your customer data and used your customer data with our cloud service. You will (i) not impair the Cloud Service, other customers’ access to the Cloud Service or the security of the Cloud Service. (ii) sell, resell or distribute the Cloud Service; (iii) make the cloud service available to third parties as a managed or network-provided service; or (iv) attack or disrupt the Cloud Service, including denial of service (DoS), unauthorized access, monitoring or crawling or spreading malware (including but not limited to viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware). or cancelbots).
Online data protection declaration
The privacy policy applies to all ELFIN websites that link to it and describes how we handle personal data. Certain ELFIN websites may have their own privacy policy which describes how we handle personal data specifically for those websites.
Contract for order processing
The subject of the data processing contract is the use of data of the client or data of the client’s customers for the provision of online services.
