AI Call

With the ELFINVISION AI Call for elevators, manually pressing the call button is no longer necessary: An intelligent sensor automatically detects when the elevator is needed. Whether an employee with a hand truck, a forklift, or a person is within specific designated zones in front of the elevator, the system recognizes the situation and calls the elevator independently. This optimize the process, avoids unnecessary waiting, and significantly enhances convenience through a contactless elevator call.

Optimization of Elevator Control

The ELFINVISION computer vision API provides information on elevator cabin occupancy, the number of waiting persons on each floor, and special objects (beds, robots, goods, cars) in the cabin or waiting for transport. With this data, the elevator control system can optimize rides, reduce waiting times, and increase transport efficiency. If a cabin is occupied by a large object or many people, the control can decide to go directly to the destination floor, addressing the calls of waiting persons later. This avoids unnecessary stops and increases transport performance.

Destination Call

Modern elevators increasingly feature destination call systems, particularly useful in buildings with high user traffic. flexyPage touch displays can be used as input and visualization systems for destination calls on each floor of a building. In a destination call system, elevator users select their desired floor via the touch display before entering the elevator. The system then visually or acoustically directs passengers to the appropriate elevator, ensuring they reach their desired floor as quickly as possible.
